暴食症的徵狀包括生理和心理兩方面,需要詳盡的檢查,所以從妳的描述,不能確定是否已患上了暴食症。心情欠佳時想到甜吃是正常的生理反應,妳可以適量地選擇一些低脂肪的食物,例如水果、脫脂乳酪等等。

妳不妨嘗試記錄自己的飲食,特別記下進食過多的時候,周圍環境及自己心情的變化。,除食物以外的活動如運動、睡眠等,或許也可以在妳不開心的時候舒緩妳的情緒的。

其實婆婆不用完全戒掉雞蛋的,因只有蛋黃才含有膽固醇,影響血管的健康,每星期建議食少於3隻。蛋白並不含膽固醇,所以婆婆可以在均衡飲食的大前題下放心食用。另外,多攝取單元不飽和脂肪有助平均血脂,改善心血管健康。單元不飽和脂肪可以在一些植物油如橄欖油、芥花籽油中攝取。也可嘗試在菜式中放少許麻油,添加香味,增進婆婆的食慾﹗

Our muscle is indeed consisted mainly of protein structures, but muscle-building is a rather complex process. In fact, carbohydrates and fat also play important roles in it; therefore focusing on just protein in the diet not only compromises the intake of the other two, it would also impose extra pressure on our system. Therefore protein shakes are simply not the answer to muscle-building. The most healthy and effective way to build muscle and gain weight is to combine weight-resistance exercise with an overall increase in energy intake. Don’t forget the correct balance of carbohydrates, protein and fat!
