| Mixed Beans Pudding |

Ingredients:
20gms of millet
20gms of lentil
20gms of red beans
20gms of barley
10gms of agar agar
50gms of rock sugar
Preparation Method:
1. Soak millet, lentil, red beans and barley for 2 hours
2. Bring the above ingredients to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until soft. Add rock sugar to taste.
3. Put agar agar into 2 cups of water and bring to the boil until well dissolved. Then mix with sweet soup.
4. Put sweet soup into refrigerator to set
