小米馬豆紅豆薏米糕
 
材料:

小米 20

馬豆 20

紅豆 20

薏米 20

大菜 10

冰糖 50

 

烹調方法:

1.  以清水將所有豆材料、小米及薏米浸2小時。

2.  將浸過的豆材料加適量水煲至滾後,轉細火煲至軟,

    約30分鐘,下糖調味。

3.  大菜以2 (500毫升)水中火煲至溶,再與豆糖水混合。

4.  將大菜豆糖水放入雪櫃,待凝固。

 
馬豆、小米、薏米及紅豆含豐富水溶性纖維,有助降低膽固醇。

每份甜品祇有0.3克脂肪。

Mixed Beans Pudding
 
Ingredients:

20gms of millet

20gms of lentil

20gms of red beans

20gms of barley

10gms of agar agar

50gms of rock sugar

 

Preparation Method:

1.  Soak millet, lentil, red beans and barley for 2 hours

2.  Bring the above ingredients to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until soft. Add rock sugar to taste.

3.  Put agar agar into 2 cups of water and bring to the boil until well dissolved. Then mix with sweet soup.

4.  Put sweet soup into refrigerator to set
